Good service but pricey
After looking at a car and having my car assessed for part exchange I eagerly awaited a call back with some figures from the sales representative, two days later and after two phone calls from myself I eventually found out the car had been sold while I was waiting for a response. I did receive an apology from a different member of the team but overall Im very unhappy with the unprofessional attitude I experienced at John Gross Diss.
