I have never had a Dentist before who asked me how much I smoke, and drink and do I drink every night. This one did, I won't be going back there again
My first impression was fantastic.After being at Harleston Oasis for a number of years the friendly staff and dentist was so different to what I have gotten used to.Everything was explained to me in a way I have never had. It felt like a proper service and it was refreshing to be treated like a human for a change.
This place is disgusting they make up work you don't need and any work they do is shoddy at best!Staff are rude aggressive and uncaring ! The receptionists are like something out of the dark ages I think they have probably escaped from bantam zoo !The dentists might be up to scratch in Bombay but not in U.K. Third world treatment at the cost of our NHS
Receptionist is friendly and helpful and the hygienist is gentle and kind. Can't fault them and I'm *terrified* of the dentist.
It's great if you want an un-caring, expensive, and uninformative service.The motto is " drill em, fill em, and bill em"The Dentist I saw ave me absolutely NO information except when I specifically asked her things, and even then the information was sparse and unhelpful.She rushed me through with hardly any politeness or friendliness.Within about a minute of the appointment she was trying to get me to sign something that said I agreed to have a filling, and was pricing up options for me.She and the clinic in general does not care about people or their teeth and wants nothing more than to sell products and treatments to make money.To be honest, this is pretty standard in conventional NHS dentistry, but she was terrible.
