It can be a bit stressful trying to get a same day appointment (although there is a new call queue system in place now, which has vastly improved the frantic redialling on an engaged tone), but I'm not sure it's any harder getting an appt here than with any other local surgery to be honest. Once in, I've found all the staff and doctors to be doing a really good job.
Apps can be annoying but then with so many using system doesn't helpDoctors first class as are Nursing staff
Not very well organised. Asked for an online form and had to go back several times to get the system setup. Can only make appointments on the day first thing in the morning, not good.
I spent half an hour trying to get through to them, only to be told they can't do it at the surgery. I have to go to norwich
The actual GP's are good at their job, but good luck making an appointment to see one as they only take bookings for the day you ring up on. Phone lines open at 8:30am and by 8:45 they are fully booked up for the day. Rat race to see a doctor... pathetic.
