Good fish and chips, kebabs and pizza
Not great. Only had the chips and while the portion size was good they were soggy and greasy. Rest of the family didn't particularly enjoy theirs either.
Unfortunately well below what we have previously experienced from here.Phoned through for collection and was told it would take 15 minutes, arrived 20 minutes later, stood for what seemed ages at the counter whilst the staff payed absolutely no attention to my presence nor made any eye contact. when I eventually managed to speak to the girl behind the counter, it was made apparent that the food was not ready nor even prepared, staff seemed to argue amongst themselves as to who would prepare it, (I apologise for being an inconvenience!). I waited a further 25 minutes for the food. (45 minutes for a Chicken Burger and Donner Kebab!) when I got home, Donner meat was cold, fatty and uncooked in places. chips were underdone and it definitely wasn't a chicken fillet in the burger. I called to complain, apologies were given and was told a new order would be delivered to my home ASAP. We waited 30 minutes and food hadn't arrived, When I called I was told that the food was ready and they were waiting for a delivery driver to become available which should be 15-20 minutes. I decided to collect rather than have my food get cold. I received a half-hearted "sorry about that" from the young girl behind the counter as I collected.I wish I could say that the second order was miles better but unfortunately it wasn't, most of it went in the bin. I have always enjoyed the food from here, and have used them whenever we've had guests over.
Was ok but not the best. Pizza wasn't that great, chicken kebab was different. Chips greasy. Garlic bread was poor was like recyled cardboard no flavor. The delivery driver was polite.
Excellent service. Delivery came quickly and was delicious. Would heartily recommend.
