Pricey for what they actually provide. Fees and charges everywhere and they keep the tenants deposit, which must be a nice earner1 what about the Deposit Protection Scheme as an option for landlords and tenants alike?

Been in a few times they are rude and very unwelcomeing and don't take your concerns seriously and leaves u with unresolved issues. Even when speaking on phone they are snotty and never returns calls back to u best thing they could so is get rid of every one in there and find nice new staff that want to do the job there bring paid for
