Rude French lady, miss diagnosed my dog saying it was serious and needing an operation to remove s lump and 6 months worth of meds and I knew she just wanted to give me a big bill but I knew it wasn't the case and a week later it was gone she just wanted over 1500 in her pocket. Lovely reception lady and 1 vet lovely with long hair but the shorter hair French lady what a horrible woman no communication skills with talking civil with the public. Avoid like the plague over priced money grabbers
As always, excellent service, Marie is a wonderful vet, kind, gentle, extremely thorough, always doing her up most for our fur babies. Reassuring, and keeping us informed of exactly what is happening. You never feel rushed, there is no time limit on your appointment. The receptionist are equally, lovely, kind and professional.I cannot recommend Cherry Tree Vets enough.
Very confrontational vet, not sure if she had a bad day but will not be returning ,came across rude and uncaring.First and last visit.
They were brilliant a few years ago when they had difference staff, sadly they have gone downhill and are making mistakes and bad decisions so we have moved to another practice.
Very pleased with this surgery. Prices clearly displayed, easy parking and a lovely service.
