The actual fitting of the carpet and price was average, however... Very messy trade person, did not clean up at all, mess everywhere after he had finished (did not even have a broom with him). At the time of the quote, never was mentioned regarding any flooring being left or taken or price. As I came home to a surprise of carpet everywhere in multi rooms. When all we had done was the carpet in the hallway.After my amazement of the mess and the surprise of the carpet everywhere I rang the store. When I spoke to the store the man on the phone he sounded like he did not care advising "we should have known that carpet taken would have been extra" when i stated that maybe at the time of the quote and payment this should have been mentioned the man said "75 for fitting, people take it for granted" Did not even take into account my concerns on how messy the place was either. Would not recommend this service to anyone. Was warned before hand and should have listened.
Recommended, I went in the Friday and begged for a urgent fitting on the Monday which they accommodated (we were moving in on the Tuesday and needed the carpet fitting before the movers arrived). The fitters were very professional and quick and the carpet is of lovely quality. Very pleased.
