Well what can I say, this was a smaller second Bathroom and I wish I had NBK do the first one too! If I could give more stars I would! From first meeting Mel in the showroom who was a delight and so helpful all the way through, to Dan the Fitter. The bathroom was a guest bathroom but I love it so much it is now my own personal Bathroom. Its gone from a gloomy grey cell like one to a bright and Boutique type.My husband picked the Porcelain tiles and NBK went out of their way to get them for us. Even though its a small space the new bath is in a different place with the help of Mels planning. Dan cleaned up after himself every single night and with an OCD hubby that hates dust that wasnt easy! Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Every time! We werent quite agreed on the price but Gareth wanted our custom and worked with us to sort it out, which is rare these days, as Ive experienced with a take it or leave it attitude by many others. Thankyou so much. It was a pleasure to deal with you.
We had a new shower room using NBK in Diss.We are so pleased with it, the quality of the work is first class absolutely no complaints. The fitters were always on-time, very polite, worked hard to a high standard and tried hard no to cause too much disruption.I would recommend them to anyone.
Our very tired and outdated bathroom has now been completely transformed, thanks to the NBK team. Mel & Pete at Diss and also Karen in the Norwich office, guided us through the ups and downs of the decision making and planning giving us excellent practical advice and support. Josh, our main fitter, became part of the family and worked tirelessly and with great attention to detail to create a beautiful bathroom for us. The project was well managed by Ryan and any problems that cropped up along the way were quickly resolved. All the NBK team on site were polite, helpful and tidy, and we were consulted at every stage of the project. How refreshing to find a Company that really does give Customer Service, would highly recommend.
We were highly impressed with the quality and standard of our kitchen fitting, from the start the full project management filled us with confidence. The fitting by James was second to none and due to our cottage being quite old virtually all units required some form of modification in order to get everything to fit. This was carried out with great skill and knowledge about the best options to take. Recently we had some minor remedial work carried out which was done without quibble and to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend NBK and in particular James and Mark who carried out the work.
