Highly recommend ..Sarah and Graham were extremely welcoming..delicious breakfast,beautiful room,tastefully furnished,immaculately clean and we were extremely well looked after...stayed two nights..would happily have stayed longer! Thank you to you both..Oh and Douglas!

The Bay Tree B&B in Diss is located right in the heart of this small but vibrant town. The bedroom and bathroom are very tastefully decorated and clean. It isn't very often for guests of a b&b to have a whole floor for themselves but this is exactly what is offered in this guest house. Sarah and Graham are fantastic hosts, always ready to help with information about local interesting places or restaurants. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and Sarah and Graham made us feel very welcomed. We strongly recommend this lovely place.
